By accessing or using the Colrnx platform ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Whether you are joining as an Individual Learner, a Company, or an Institution, if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Colrnx is a collaborative learning and project management platform that provides:

• Social learning feeds and community networking.
• Project management and task tracking tools.
• Hackathon and event management infrastructure.
• AI-powered recommendations, insights, and assistance.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any security breach.
• Account Types: Different rules may apply depending on your role (e.g., Institution Administrator vs. Student User), particularly regarding data administration and content moderation.

4. User Content

You retain your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting or displaying content, you grant Colrnx a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any media or distribution methods.

We reserve the right to remove Content that violates these Terms, including copyright violations, abuse, harassment, or threats.

5. Hackathons and Projects

When participating in hackathons or public projects hosted on Colrnx, you agree to abide by the specific rules and code of conduct set by the organizers. Colrnx provides the infrastructure but is not responsible for the judging, prizes, or administration of third-party hosted events.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious information.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in spamming or phishing activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

7. AI Assistant Usage

Colrnx utilizes artificial intelligence to provide learning paths and project recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes 'as-is,' without warranty of any kind. You should not rely on the AI Assistant for critical, legal, or professional advice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
